requires that the Minister responsible prepare a report on the review of this Act every five years on its operations and table this in both Houses of Parliament;
(i) if not, why not;
(b) since the first review of this Act was begun in 2004, with the first part being tabled in Parliament by the Hon. Clive Brown, why has the second part of this review not been tabled in the four years since this, in breach of the Act;
(c) why is it that the Minister for Industry and Resources, the Minister responsible for the Act, is not willing to take responsibility for this review (refer to Question on Notice No. 2717); and
(d) is the State Government intending to work within the Act and table the report, as required?
