I refer to Tender HOU1731115 and the inspection of electrical safety devices in public housing and other residential properties, and ask: (a) how many properties overall have been inspected as at 14 June 2016; (b) in which contract areas were the properties inspected, and what is the number of inspections in each of these contract areas; (c) of the number outlined in (a), how many properties overall have been found to have defective electrical devices; (d) what is the breakdown of the number outlined in (c) per contract area inspected; and (e) of the number outlined in (c), how many have had defective electrical issues remediated?

The Housing Authority advises:
(a) 95 properties have been inspected as at 14 June 2016
(b) Properties inspected to 14 June 2016 are located in the South West (75) & South East Metro (20) regions.
(c) 15.
(d) South West (13), with these properties identified as ones more likely to have problems assessed first, and South East Metro (2).
(e) All 15 properties have had their electrical safety devices replaced.
