The problem gambling counselling service provider is contracted to - § Provide counselling services and activities that are inclusive of the whole community, including people from diverse cultural communities, which are culturally relevant and appropriate. § Establish collaborative links with service providers in Indigenous and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities. (The establishment of collaborative links with non-specialist service providers includes the provision of: - training and on-going support; - a point of reference and referral; and assistance in the development of culturally appropriate counselling models that specifically suit the circumstances of each service provider.)
