I refer to the findings of the Perth Casino Royal Commission that government agencies were not satisfied that the Perth Casino had paid its proper tax and that a comprehensive review of past tax payments was needed, and I ask: (a) Was there a comprehensive review of the Perth Casino’s past tax payments undertaken, and if not, why not; (b) If the review was done, who carried out the review and when was it completed; (c) What was the outcome of the review; (d) Have any past tax underpayments been recouped from the Perth Casino, and if not, why not; and (e) Will the Minister table copy of all Casino tax reviews related to Royal Commission matters, and if not, why not?
