I refer to the Special Inquiry into Government Programs and Projects (the Langoulant Report), and in particular to Finding 3 relating to the Western Power Mid West Energy Project, which concluded that inadequate documentation meant key decisions could not be traced. I further refer to the ACIL Allen Perth Park Business Case Summary, which states that the consultant relied entirely on information supplied by government agencies without independent verification, and I ask: (a) what records exist documenting how government agencies developed the unverified inputs provided to ACIL Allen; and (b) in reference to (a), will these records be tabled?
