In relation to the Collie River Salinity Recovery Project, I ask,
(a) what is the total amount of funding that has been committed to this project since its inception; and
(i) of this amount, what is the Federal Government’s contribution;
(b) can the Minister please itemise the amounts and the date of the funding committed from the State and Federal Governments;
(c) how much of the total allocation of funding has been spent to date;
(d) how much of the total allocated funding remains in the budget to be spent;
(e) what amount of the total funds committed to this project has been withdrawn, diverted to other projects, or returned to the State or Federal Governments; and
(f) how much will be spent on the project in 2011–2012?
