I refer to the Satterley Property Group’s proposed North Stoneville development plan, and I ask: (a) what was the total cost incurred by the Western Australian (WA) Government for the State Solicitor’s Office to represent the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) during three years of confidential mediation in the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) between 2020 and 2023, which concluded with the second rejection of the amended plan in December 2023; and (b) what legal costs have been incurred by the WA Government to date in preparing the WAPC’s case for the 2024–25 SAT proceedings, including the September 2025 appeal against the second rejection?
