(1) Is it correct that the Jubilee Gold Mine
Environmental Protection Act 1986
licence has a licence condition on it which states ‘The Licensee shall ensure that the nature and composition of water samples drawn from the monitoring bores and the seepage recovery control bores, conform to the following criteria -
(i) pH between 6 and 9; and
(ii) Weak Acid Dissociable Cyanide (WADCN) less than 0.5 mg/L,
Any exceedance of these criteria shall be reported as per condition G2’?
(2) If not, will the Minister table a copy of the all the licence conditions?
(3) Can the Minister explain the reasons and justification as to why the licence condition referred to in question (1) above was imposed on the holder?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) Is it correct that the Jubilee Gold Mine

licence has a licence condition on it which states 'The Licensee shall report standing water levels shallower than 2m below ground level as an exceedance as per Condition G2’?
(6) Can the Minister explain the reasons and justification as to why the licence condition referred to in question (5) above was imposed on the holder?
(7) Can the Minister state the dates when both of the conditions referred to in questions (1) and (5) were first imposed on the Jubilee Gold Mine licences and how many years have both of these conditions been on previous licences?
(8) If not, why not?
(9) Can the Minister explain why Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd Gidgi and Fimiston licences do not have both of the same licence conditions referred to in questions (1) and (5) above?
(10) If not, why not?
(11) Will the Minister or the Department of Environmental Protection expediently amend or alter Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Gidgi and Fimiston Licence to include the same licence conditions referred to in questions (1) and (5) above?
(12) If not, why not?
