I refer to the new Midland Health Campus, scheduled to open in 2015 which, when operational, will replace the old Swan District Hospital:
(a) what is planned for the future of the Swan District Hospital site at 1 Eveline St, Middle Swan (situated on land being reserve #37871 with certificate of title being LR3147-345) when the new Midland Health Campus opens;
(b) are there plans to sell, and/or re-develop this land;
(c) what is the total size of the Swan District Hospital site;
(d) what is the most recent estimate or appraisal of the commercial land value of the entire Swan District Hospital site as given by the Office of the Valuer General;
(e) what is the current zoning of the Swan District Hospital site, and has the Government commenced the process of re-zoning the land;
(f) are there any covenants on the existing Swan District Hospital site;
(g) what is the new land use with which the Government intends to re-zone the land;
(h) has the Government sought expressions of interest from the private sector in relation to the Swan District Hospital site; and
(i) if the Government intends to sell the site, towards what will the proceeds of the sale be allocated?
