For each month in the 1999-2000 year involving the WorkSafe inspectorate -
(a) how many individual workplaces were visited by WorkSafe inspectors;
(b) how many workplaces had prohibition notices issued to them;
(c) what was the total number of prohibition notices issued by WorkSafe inspectors;
(d) what was the number of workplaces which had work orders issued for them;
(e) what was the total number of work orders issued by WorkSafe inspectors;
