CHILDREN - SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS
I refer to my question without notice 1029 of 14 November 2006 regarding 39 new notifications of sexually transmitted diseases in children. (1) Of the 39 infected children, expressed as Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal, how many were aged - (a) zero to four years; (b) five to nine years; and (c) 10 to 14 years? (2) How many of these children, expressed as Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal, and using the above age groups, were from - (a) the wheatbelt; (b) the goldfields-south east area; (c) the great southern; (d) the Kimberley; (e) the mid-west-Murchison area; (f) the Pilbara-Gascoyne area; (g) the south west; (h) the north metropolitan area; and (i) the south metropolitan area?
