(a) This project was initiated by the Department of Industry and Technology and completed in October 2002. Due to changes arising out of the Functional Review Implementation Taskforce recommendations, the preliminary recommendation to proceed with the design and building of the web based interactive front end was not pursued. A new project definition and scope is to be developed.
