Please detail the offence, cost of infringement and any damage caused to vehicles involved in the incident; (b) Have any of your ministerial office staff been involved in any traffic infringements? Please detail the offence, cost of infringement and any damage caused to vehicles involved in the incident; and (c) For those in (a) and (b) please detail: (i) Who was driving; (ii) Damage caused to the vehicle; (iii) If the vehicle needed replacing or repairs and if yes, the cost(s) associated; (iv) If any injuries occurred, to whom and what type of injury; (v) If WA Police seized the vehicle and for how long; and (vi) What is the total value of infringements to date?
