I refer to the Carnarvon old court house and police station which has been sitting empty in the main street of Carnarvon and the site is in disrepair, and I ask: (a) Who is contracted for the upkeep and maintenance, including the surrounding grounds, of the old court house and police station; (b) What measures are in place to ensure the upkeep of the old court house and police station site are maintained; (c) What measures are in place to secure the site to prevent vandalism and trespassing; and (d) What long term plans, including time frames, are in place with regards to the future of this site?

(a)-(b) A local contractor has been engaged to carry out regular maintenance to ensure the grounds are appropriately maintained, and the buildings have been secured as an interim measure while the site is on the market for sale.
