(b) The purchase cost of the mobile phone was $99.
(c) The loss of the mobile phone was reported to the police.
(d) The mobile phone was reported to the police on 6 February 2007.
(e) The mobile phone has not been recovered.
(f) Not applicable.
(g) Staff are reminded from time to time about their responsibilities when they have custody of public property.
(h) Reminders to all staff are issued periodically.
Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority
(a) The Botanic Gardens and Parks has had NIL mobile phones reported lost or stolen for the six months to 30 June 2007.
(b) - (f) Not applicable.
(g) An annual review of mobile phone policy and user guidelines.
