I refer to people with a mental health condition and an intellectually disability in the prison system, and I ask -
(1) How many people with an identified mental health issue have been incarcerated in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011?
(2) How many people with an identified intellectual disability have been incarcerated in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011?
(3) How many people who have been diagnosed with both an identified mental health issue and an identified intellectual disability have been incarcerated in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011?
(4) How many of those people have been incarcerated subject to involuntary orders by the Mental Health Review Board under the
Criminal Law (Mentally Impaired Accused) Act 1996
?
(5) How many of those people have been incarcerated under the
Criminal Code
?
