media last week that responsibility for state government fleet issues had been
formally transferred to the Treasurer's office; or is the Premier

The letter from the Minister for Finance to the Treasurer was
to put an arrangement in place whereby the minister would exclude himself from
dealing with state fleet matters. The arrangement is currently being formally
processed administratively.
