I refer to the plumbing system at Perth Children’s Hospital and I ask: (a) Has any plumbing specialist been to Perth Children’s Hospital to inspect the plumbing system since 1 January 2017: (i) If yes to (a), when did these inspections occur and what recommendations were made as a result; (ii) If no to (a), why not; and (iii) If no to (a), is any inspection planned within the next six months: (A) If yes to (iii), what is the inspection schedule and for each inspection date, what is inspected?

Yes. A large number of plumbing specialists have been to Perth Children’s Hospital for a range of reasons. As such answering the question in its current form would divert key resources away from time critical project management activities, given the broad and ambiguous nature of the Member’s question.
The Member is encouraged to ask a more specific question to ensure a timely and accurate response.  This could include, for example, reducing the timeframe or specifying a particular element of the plumbing system that is of interest, such as the potable water supply.
A narrower definition of plumbing specialist would also greatly assist in the document search and preparation of a response.
