CYCLING INFRASTRUCTURE
1351. Hon MARTIN PRITCHARD to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to page 713 of the budget
papers that states that $8.6 million will be spent on cycling infrastructure in
2016–17.
(1) How much is
allocated to the Department of Transport for cycling infrastructure in 2017–18,
2018–19 and 2019–20?
(2) How much is
allocated in other departments or to local governments for cycling
infrastructure in each year from 2016–17 to 2019–20?
(3) Does the
Minister support the introduction of the so-called one-metre rule; and, if so,
when will the minister introduce it?
