(1) Why is the South West Drug and Alcohol Service not required to collect data on the number of clients it refers to residential rehabilitation facility in Perth for treatment as part of its funding agreement? (2) Will the Minister make the collection of this data a requirement of the funding agreement and, if not, why not? (3) In 2016 to date: (a) how many adults living in the South West have been treated by the South West Drug and Alcohol Service; and (b) how many children and adolescents living in the South West have been treated by the South West Drug and Alcohol Service?
