I refer to the Mount Barker water infrastructure promised during the 2013 State election and ask: (a) what is the timeline for completion of the project; (b) is the project expected to meet the timeline; (c) what was the expected cost of the project in 2013 and what is the expected cost now; (d) what is the total cost of the project; (e) what is the current status of the project; and (f) what is the cost of the project beyond the forward estimates?

(a) The project will be completed in two stages. Stage 1 is scheduled for completion by
April 2015. Stage 2 is scheduled for completion by 2021.
(b) Yes
(c) The expected cost of the project in 2013 was $40m. The current expected cost is
$39m.
(d) The total cost of the project is $39m.
(e) Stage 1 is under construction.
(f) The cost of the project beyond the forward estimate is $19m.
