(2) Was Network City released as a draft document and did Network City have a prior cabinet endorsement? (3) How many submissions were received in response to the invitation for public comment? (4) Will the minister provide the names of those who made submissions? (5) Did any agency of the government prepare a précis or summary of the submissions received?
