I refer to the Network City proposal and the public consultation taken in 2004. (1) During which period was Network City open for public comment? (2) Was Network City released as a draft document and did Network City have a prior cabinet endorsement? (3) How many submissions were received in response to the invitation for public comment? (4) Will the minister provide the names of those who made submissions? (5) Did any agency of the government prepare a précis or summary of the submissions received? (6) If yes to the previous question, which agency prepared such a document; will the minister table a copy of the document and, if not, why not? (7) What actions are now proposed in relation to Network City? Hon KATE DOUST
