(1) Are there any issues of native title to be addressed in relation to the Naturebank program?
(2) If yes to (1), -
(a) what are those issues; and
(b) have they been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties?

(2) (a) Where native title exists the grant of a lease to conduct commercial accommodation may be considered a future act under the
Native Title
Act 1993
(Cth).
(b) To date there have been no leases issued under the Naturebank program, however, it will be necessary to comply with the future act provisions of the
Native Title Act 1993
(Cth) on a case-by-case basis.
