(1-3) I have expressed concerns about the clearing and I have been liaising with the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure in relation to this issue. (4) The Water and Rivers Commission understands that the Department of Planning and Infrastructure could prosecute Mr Spackman under the Land Administration Act 1997 . Accordingly, I have requested the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure to investigate this issue.
