A Building Condition Assessment (BCA) of each public school was undertaken in the second half of 2013. The BCA process identifies and prioritises the maintenance items, including minor non-urgent work.
a. At the time of inspection in 2013, the estimated value of identified maintenance work at Herne Hill Primary School was $133,242.

c. Since the 2013 BCA was undertaken, $149,240 has been spent on maintenance at Herne Hill Primary School.
