I refer to the Office of the Auditor General’s Report 23: Conservation of Threatened Ecological Communities, which found that the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) has not secured additional resources to implement the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, is not utilising all of its legislative powers, and does not have a strategic plan or comprehensive monitoring framework for threatened ecological communities (TECs), and I ask: (a) Can you confirm whether the Government will implement all of the recommendations made in the Auditor General's report; (b) If not, outline which recommendations will not be implemented and the reasons why; and (c) Advise when implementation of each accepted recommendation is expected to commence?
