Bush Forever area 309 - Farrall Road Bushland, Stratton is currently zoned Urban in the Metropolitan Region Scheme and Residential Development in the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme. It has the Bush Forever implementation category of 'Urban, Industrial or Resource Development'.
