(2) Given the Treasurer is receiving fortnightly updates from Treasury as revealed in Parliament during Questions without Notice, can the Treasurer indicate how many Government accounts are in default of the Government policy regarding payments within 30 days as at November 14, 2008; and

(3) Given the Treasurer is receiving fortnightly updates from Treasury, will the Treasurer please itemise all suppliers who have not been paid within 30 days, as at November 14, 2008?

(a) As per Treasurer's Instruction 323 Timely Payment of Accounts on 1 February 2007, departments remain obliged to pay all Government accounts within 30 days
(2) The member has displayed an inability to comprehend the difference between the Government's "accounts", being the financial reporting of the Government's budget position, and "accounts" rendered by business to government for goods and services.
(a) The previous government did not separate the accounts rendered by business into those in default and those that are not in default.
(3) Not applicable
