Following the release of the national action plan on mental health 2006-11 in July 2006 - (1) How many people in Western Australia with a mental illness have been allocated a clinical provider with the role and responsibilities specified in the plan? (2) How many people in Western Australia with a mental illness have been allocated a community coordinator with the role and responsibilities specified in the plan? (3) Has a Council of Australian Governments mental health group been convened; and, if so, who participates in the group?
