the Minister confirm how often the Local Government Standards Panel meets and: (a) What were the dates for the Local Government Standards Panel meetings for each of the years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19; (b) How
many cases does the panel investigate at each meeting; (c) Since
April 2017 how many have been "refused to deal with" cases; (d) How
many outstanding cases are awaiting Standards Panel
attention; (e) Why
doesn’t the official Local Government Standards Panel website record incidents in which local government elected members were cleared of allegations; and (f) How many cases were cleared in each of the years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19?

In previous years, the Local Government Standards Panel typically met once per month; however, since mid-2018, the Panel has regularly met twice per month.
(a) Please refer to the table below.
(b) The number of complaints considered at each meeting ranges from four to six; however, the number of allegations/matters within each complaint can vary.
(c) 31
(d) 46
(e) The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries only publishes findings on the Local Government Standards Panel website of substantiated minor breaches of the Local Government Act 1995 .
