Hon. Alanna Clohesy asks about the implications of tender DOT401415 for a multipurpose taxi dispatch service, specifically regarding leased MPT plates, booking options, lifting fees, and subsidy access. The Minister confirms drivers of leased MPT plates are not required to use the dispatch service, passengers can book outside the service, drivers won't receive lifting fees for those bookings, but passengers can still access the subsidy scheme.
