In accordance with clause 6 (1) (b) of Schedule 2.1 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Local Government Advisory Board recommends to the Minister for Local Government and Regional Development that in relation to the proposal to transfer the Mugarinya Community and its associated lands from the Shire of East Pilbara to the Town of Port Hedland that an order be made in accordance with the proposal. 2. That the transfer be effective as soon as practicable. 3. The Local Government Advisory Board recommends to the Minister for Local Government and Regional Development that this report be publicly released. (4) A copy of the Board’s report is tabled for members’ information. [See Tabled Paper. ]
