Further to question without notice 302 of 11 October 2000, regarding Mr Leon Jamieson of Albany shredding documents, I ask - (1) What action has the Commissioner of Police taken on this matter? (2) Did any of those documents relate to - (a) the police investigation into Mr Jamieson’s failed mortgage broking activities; (b) investors’ claims against Mr Jamieson? (3) What action has the Commissioner of Police taken to ensure that no further important documents are shredded by Mr Jamieson?
