(a) if yes,
(i) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s);
(ii) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) meeting(s);
(iii) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and
(iv) what were the names of the people present?

The following answer refers to the date period of 1 January 2011 to 25 November 2011.
(a) (i) - (iv) In my role as the Minister for Local Government; Heritage; Citizenship and Multicultural Interests, I have not met with Mr Smith or representatives of Mr Smith's company for any formal meetings or discussions, however from time to time, may meet with him in a social capacity.
