The following records are kept relating to air charter flights: for primary charter bookings - requests and associated documentation to book charter flights; for ad hoc ministerial air charter bookings - requests and associated documentation to book incidental charter flights; accounts - documentation relating to costings for the use of primary contract charter bookings and ad hoc ministerial air charter bookings; and in electronic information - the access database.
