I refer to the Minister's answer to question on notice 392, stating that "the transfer of responsibility for all these ports is in progress", and I ask: (a) for each of the ports identified below, what is the target date for completion of the transfer process: (i) Port Walcott; (ii) Cape Preston; (iii) Barrow Island; (iv) Onslow; (v) Carnarvon (Useless Loop); and (vi) Carnarvon (Cape Cuvier)?
