MINING AND PASTORAL REGION
348. Hon ALISON XAMON to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I
ask this question on behalf of Hon
Robin Chapple, who is away from the
chamber on urgent parliamentary business.
I refer to the Mining and Pastoral
Region and its major population centres.
(1) Which hospitals in this region
have an intensive care unit?
(2) What is the capacity of and
number of beds in those wards referred to in (1)?
(3) Does the
minister have a strategy for administering specialised health care in a regional
WA context in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak in a regional
population centre?
(4) If yes to (3), would the
minister please table the document?
