Could the Premier advise if the Premier, or any staff member or placement within the Premier's Office, has had any contact or meetings with representatives of registered lobbyist FTI Consulting, since 1 July 2012 and, if yes: (a) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s); (b) what was the name of the client being represented during the contact; (c) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) or meeting(s); (d) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and (e) what were the names of the people present?

Between 1 July 2012 and 19 June 2013 the Premier and his current Ministerial staff have had the following contact or meetings with representatives of FTI Consulting related to government business. The Premier and his Ministerial staff may have had contact with representatives of FTI Consulting for administrative purposes only or may have had incidental or irregular social contact in which case this is not listed below.
