The Department of Justice advises: Performance bonuses are not payable to AIMS under their contractual arrangements with the Western Australian Government. However, both the Acacia Prison and Court Security and Custodial Services contracts contain a performance-linked component from which deductions can be made for failure to meet agreed standards. The performance-linked amounts paid to AIMS for the operation of Acacia Prison and Court Security and Custodial Services over the last four years total $6,842,632.
