I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 434, "Significant Issues Impacting the Agency", and ask: (a) as it states that Western Australia’s increasing and ageing population is resulting in an increased demand for services provided by the Public Trustee, what is the expected number of services to be provided by the Public Trustee in 2014-15; (b) despite the stated additional demand, the trustee services budget on page 433 shows a cut in funding, how will the Public Trustee cope with rising demand with fewer resources; (c) are service levels provided by the Public Trustee expected to be maintained in 2014-15; and (d) will the fees charged by the Public Trustee rise in 2014-15 and, if yes, what will the new fee schedule be?
