I refer to the Fair Work Commission's Equal Remuneration Order, and I ask: (a) can you please provide a list of all community service sector contracts with an award that pre-dates 1 July 2013, including the: (i) provider's name; (ii) date the contract commenced; (iii) end date of the contract; and (iv) value of the contract?
