(a) Yes.
(i) I have a regular scheduled meeting with the Director General and Senior Health Executives on a fortnightly basis. These meetings occurred on 5 and 19 August. In addition the Director General attended other meetings in my office on 10, 11, 25 and 28 August.
(ii) Nil.
It should be noted that I speak to the Director General on the telephone on a frequent basis and this report was regularly raised in general discussion and informally at other meetings.
