(a) 2.45pm.
(b) Several items of signalling equipment became damaged as a result of stormy weather conditions which also caused a circuit breaker to trip. Lightning strikes were noted occurring in close proximity to the affected equipment.
(c) Although services were delayed, they did not stop operating.
