(1) Following
fires in air conditioning units at Rossmoyne Senior High School, Osborne
Primary School and some other schools, what findings did the investigation by
RiskCover and the Department of Education into systemic issues with air conditioning
installed in schools make?
(2) Will the
minister table the report or recommendations and findings of the investigation;
and, if not, why not?

(1)–(2) The Insurance Commission of Western
Australia, RiskCover, commissioned an investigation into multiple fires
occurring in evaporative air conditioners at Department of Education sites over
the previous 12 months. The Department of Education advises that the
recommendations of this report are in the process of being implemented or
assessed.
