I refer to the answer to question on notice No. 1282, regarding the proposed Browse Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) processing plant at James Price Point, and I ask: (a) have there been any meetings or discussions with any companies or potential proponents about the development of a supply base at James Price Point; (b) if yes to (a), will the Minister please provide details of such meetings; (c) have any companies or potential proponents been approached by State government officials during the past two years seeking to ascertain their interest in developing a supply base and/or LNG facility at James Price Point; (d) if yes to (c), will the Minister please provide details of such meetings; and (e) if there has been no interest from companies or potential proponents into developing a supply base and/or an LNG facility at James Price Point, to what end is the Government seeking environmental approvals through the Environmental Protection Authority process?
