I refer the minister to the 2004-05 Budget Statements . (1) Will the minister explain why the 2003-04 budget estimate figures for employee costs in education and training, which are found on pages 920 and 922 of this year’s Budget Statements , are different from the budget figures set out in the 2003-04 budget? (2) Will the minister outline any correspondence to him or the department outlining recommendations from the Auditor General for accounting adjustments stemming from the 2002-03 audit of the department’s financial statements; and, if not, why not? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH

On behalf of Hon Graham Giffard, I thank the member for some notice of this question. Unfortunately, I do not have a response to it. Several members interjected. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH: I am very apologetic. Hon Norman Moore: The question was actually sent in on 24 June, so the parliamentary secretary might like to stir up someone, like she used to in her day. Several members interjected. The PRESIDENT: Order, members! I think we are being diverted from question time.
