481. Hon ROBIN CHAPPLE to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for State Development:
I refer to submissions on the proposed amendments to the
Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972.
(1) What role
does or will the Department of State Development as the lead agency have in
oversight or in evaluating the proposed amendments to the Aboriginal Heritage
Act 1972?
(2) Will the
Department of State Development as the lead agency have input into the final
report?
(3) If yes to either (1) or (2), which officers from DSD will
be or are involved?
