PRISONER TRANSPORT — HEALTH INCIDENT
I understand that there was recently a health incident on prisoner transport from Roebourne Regional Prison as a result of a diabetic prisoner not being provided with the insulin he required. (1) Is this correct? (2) If yes — (a) what are the full details relating to the incident; (b) how has the prisoner’s health been affected; (c) why did the incident occur; and (d) what has been done to prevent a similar incident occurring in the future?
