I refer to Legislative Council Question without Notice 1302 asked by the Hon Michelle Hofmann MLC and the Perth Park Business Case Summary , and I ask: (a) Who reviewed and edited the Perth Park Business Case Summary prepared by ACIL Allen; (b) When was the error with the 30-year profile of the quantified benefits first identified; (c) What is the reason for this error; (d) Is this error related to artificial intelligence; (e) Was this error caused by the Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery; (f) If no to (e), who caused this error; (g) Will this error be rectified in the Perth Park Business Case Summary ; (h) If no to (g), why not; (i) Will an erratum to the Perth Park Business Case Summary be published; (j) If no to (i), why not; and (k) Are there any further errors in the Perth Park Business Case Summary ?

(a)-(k) The Perth Park Business Case summary was prepared by ACIL Allen and reviewed by the Office of Major Transport and Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID).
The minor typographical error has been rectified.
