I refer to the Key Petroleum Canning Basin Exploration Strategy ASX announcement of
10 September 2015, question on notice No. 2211 answered on 21 September 2004 and
question on notice No. 5123 answered on 1 May 2012 referencing three photos,
dated 1 April 2012, and ask: (a) have the proposals referred to in the Key Petroleum Canning Basin Exploration Strategy ASX announcement been referred to the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA); (b) if yes to (a), by whom, and on what date; (c) if yes to (a), will the proposals be assessed by the EPA and at what level; (d) if no to (c), why not; (e) if no to (a), why not; and (f) if no to (a), will the EPA call the proposals in?
